Join us for a craft at AC Moore.  An AC Moore trained tour leader will encourage the creative process as the children create their own personal dream board using a variety of art mediums.  Children are encouraged to communicate thoughts, feelings and ideas while capturing individual memories, hopes and dreams.

Let’s have some fun at the Melrose Kids Club. The city of Melrose hosts a Kids Club once a month at Memorial Hall. They offer coffee and free entertainment for children. The club is for children 5 and under.

Thanks to our PoT members, Meredith Pizzi, MT-BC who is  Executive Director of Roman Music Therapy Services, and Betty Kandler, for suggesting the collaboration!  We invite you to join music therapist Laura Micheli for a wonderful opportunity to bring the generations together for a morning of making and enjoying music.  Instruments will be provided and shared.  The group will be limited to 10 children and their parents and 15 residents.

Sledding on Mount Hood Golf Course in Melrose

Let’s go sledding. Mount Hood has a great small hill for little kids to go sledding. It is not at the big hill where toddlers get trampled by the bigger kids. The hills are safe for toddlers.

Join us for dinner at Kelly’s Roast Beef in Saugus.  There will be storytelling, face painting, balloons, arts and crafts projects, and ice cream. Great for kids of all ages.  The kids activities are from 5-8 pm.  Let’s meet a little early to eat before the fun begins.
